Open the door there and then go up the stairs ahead of you on the right. This will lead up to an office with red illumination. Go over to the Nuka Cola Vending Machine that you can see in the corner across from the stairs. Look on its right-hand side. There you will find a well-hidden red button. Press it to reveal a hidden door in the office.
