If your mobile data is not working, it may be because the location of the Data Roaming setting may vary depending on the version of Android and the make / model of your phone. However, the setting is generally found in: ‘Settings’ > ‘Connections’ > ‘Mobile Networks’ > select the Data Roaming toggle switch to ‘on’.
Hi, I’m currently in Germany and my data is not working even though it’s included in my contract. I’ve turned mobile data roaming on and changed the apn but it’s still doesn’t work. There is an E symbol on the top left of my screen when I turn the data on. I’m not sure how to fix this. Please help,
If you have access to WiFi, you can also log onto your online account to make sure data whilst abroad has not been restricted. Done all the above steps. Shouldn't be any allowance issues as I have unlimited texts and calls and maybe only use about 20minutes of calls and around 400 texts per month, My data allowance still shows me as having 4.56GB or so left. Thing costs me £46 per month.
