2 strokes off road bikes, specially KTM’s like fairly simple gear box oils. Even Motul doesn’t recommend the 300V, it’s too much.. I’m using the 5100 10W40 for about 800h in 2 different TPI’s, no need for more, it works perfectly to all kinds or abuses and it’s very easy to find neutral with this oil since my preference to this one..
Ud_Luz. 1.2L is about right. I just drain the oil, replace the filters, dump a bit over a quart in, start the bike, shut it off, top it until the oil is about halfway up on the sight glass. Never had an issue in over 30k on various RFS bikes. You're worrying a bit too much. ?
