This is done in config files for multimonitor settings. On mobile so I'm not hunting for a link but someone will have it handy, but there's a bit of a help page for this stuff on SCS's site. I'm sure it would come up in a Google search for trucksim multimon settings
FreeCam & Console. In your home user folder in your file manager, press shortcut Ctrl+H to unhide and show the hidden files or enable it on the options. Go to " ~/.local/share/Euro Truck Simulator 2 ". Edit the config.cfg on text editor, Ctrl+F would be help, find " uset g_developer " and " uset g_console ", both set 0 to 1.
Gameplay Options > A bit near the bottom > Uncheck the "Camera turn when steering" setting. i checked a few times i cant seem to find a setting called this, closest things was "steering camera rotation" which didn't seem to do anything noticeable when turned on or off. #2.
