i guess you could have a look in controls sii and try editing the jsteer settings. also, the vanilla rear car/truck rotation camera (the 3rd person vehicle cam) is an utter nightmare so i set max offset to 0. the 3rd person cam is now locked behind the car/truck just like any other regular driving/racing game. its so much sweeter. practically
if you buy a 32:9 49'' 3840x1080 you have a screen thats equivakant to two 27'' melted together with out any bezzels, i use that, and with the standard FOV of 70 you can see all the left side window adn all the way to the right side A-pillar, only a 3 monitor setup allows you to see right side mirror at a reasonable FOV, but the 3840*1080
This is done in config files for multimonitor settings. On mobile so I'm not hunting for a link but someone will have it handy, but there's a bit of a help page for this stuff on SCS's site. I'm sure it would come up in a Google search for trucksim multimon settings

FreeCam & Console. In your home user folder in your file manager, press shortcut Ctrl+H to unhide and show the hidden files or enable it on the options. Go to " ~/.local/share/Euro Truck Simulator 2 ". Edit the config.cfg on text editor, Ctrl+F would be help, find " uset g_developer " and " uset g_console ", both set 0 to 1.

Gameplay Options > A bit near the bottom > Uncheck the "Camera turn when steering" setting. i checked a few times i cant seem to find a setting called this, closest things was "steering camera rotation" which didn't seem to do anything noticeable when turned on or off. #2. Yes you can change the buttons of the freecam. Head to : C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles\YourProfile\controls.sii. Press CTRL+F Search for the following: mix dbgfwd. You should see a few lines mentioning everything from the debug forward (=dbgfwd) key through the debug down (=dbgdown) key.
